do you carry the series of books called Little Miss Bossy?

    • lexpblogger on July 4, 2014 at 8:10 pm

Hey Sandy, we don’t carry that series. I believe the series is called Mr. Men and Little Miss. There’s a whole bunch of them like Little Miss Bossy and Little Miss Sunshine. Sorry about that. I wish we could help you out! 🙂

  3. Cassandra on December 8, 2013 at 4:16 pm

    Hi!

I was wondering about your return/exchange policy for items bought at the Durham location. Bought a Rainbow Loom for a birthday but the birthday girl just got one from someone else… Thanks!

    • lexpblogger on December 8, 2013 at 4:54 pm

      Hi there!

We can take back everything that we sell. If you have the original receipt, we can issue credit back on the original form of payment. Without a receipt, we can issue a store credit or you can exchange it for another item in the store.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

  4. Punky Garner on December 2, 2013 at 8:49 am

Do you have a class list for December?

    • lexpblogger on December 2, 2013 at 9:03 am

Hey Punky, thanks for your comment. We are not having any classes during the month of December. All Rainbow Loom classes and Fun Fair activities will resume in January. Check back with us at the beginning of the year for an updated class signup sheet. The best way to stay in the know about what’s going on is to make sure you’re receiving our emails, which it looks like you do so you’re good to go! 🙂

Have a great holiday and come see us soon!

Yes! You can join our VIP program by talking to an associate at any location. The process takes 3 minutes.

  13. Aunt Ali on December 13, 2012 at 6:56 pm

Do you know of any addition “cons” to purchasing the mini african frogs?

    • lexpblogger on December 16, 2012 at 9:02 pm

Hey Aunt Ali, there aren’t too many drawback to the frogs other than having to clean the tank, but you only need to do that once every few months. If you wanted to you could even get a fresh water snail to help clean the tank for you. They’re great little tank maids. 🙂

It is important not to keep the frogs in areas where food is prepared for risk of contamination. Also, be sure to wash you hands well whenever dealing with the tanks.

We’ve had these frogs for over 4 years now and we’ve never had any problems. Feed them twice a week, keep them out of direct sunlight and out of the kitchen, and that’s just about it. They are super easy to take care of. Please let me know if you have any questions or feel free to call the stores and ask for a frog expert! I think we just got some new shipments in too. “Hoppy Holidays!”

  23. Jon Hanson on March 3, 2012 at 8:24 pm

Can you send me instructions on the correct way to assemble the tracks for build a road that will allow for the right flow of the 2 cars…….thanks.

    • lexpblogger on March 4, 2012 at 3:09 pm

Hey Jon, the Build-A-Road is designed so that all pieces can either be straight or curved allowing for maximum creativity. Any track design should allow for 2 cars to travel around the track simultaneously by simply starting one car off on the track and after a few secounds starting the second. Thank you for your comment and I hope this answers your question!
