Do Ivory Ella shirts shrink?

Ivory Ella shirts are preshrunk and will not shrink if they are washed correctly. Ivory Ella recommends washing the shirts individually for the first few washes with a mild detergent. After the initial washes, Ivory Ella recommends washing the shirts in cold water with a mild detergent.
